To celebrate Southampton’s small businesses on small business Saturday, Darren Paffey MP is asking constituents to nominate their favourite small businesses in our communities for a ‘Small Business Award’ as part of Darren’s supporting local business campaign ‘Love Southampton. Buy Southampton’.

Darren will visit the winning businesses at the next Small Business Saturday which takes place on Saturday 7th December 2024 to award them with their certificate and try out their products. Darren will also invite them for a visit to Parliament to bring the best of Southampton to Westminster.
Small Business Saturday UK is a grassroots, non-commercial campaign, which highlights small business success and encourages consumers to ‘shop local’ and support small businesses in their communities.
The day itself takes place in November or December each year, but the campaign aims to have a lasting impact on small businesses.
